- removed ansible and remote install support in favor of local only
- removed zeek installation from the installer in favor of pre-req
- rewrote install script
- added create-dev-installer.sh for local testing with bundled images
- updated ci
- release workflow now gates on ci and builds docker image before generating installer
- updated readme with docker prerequisite and simplified zeek install instructions
