fix: make Professional Coder emoji usage optional - #46

Summary

• make the Professional Coder prompt use a plain professional tone by default
• keep emoji usage available only when the user explicitly asks for it
• align the simple and advanced versions with the existing v3 configuration, where emojis are already disabled by default

Why

Issue #2 reports that the always-on emoji instruction can feel patronizing for programming help. The prompt already has a later configuration table where emoji use is disabled by default, so this small edit makes the earlier versions consistent with that behavior.

Fixes #2.

Validation

• ran git diff --check -- prompts/💻Professional Coder.md
• checked that the old always-on emoji instructions were removed while the v3 emoji configuration remains intact
