AI-driven data protection SaaS for MSPs and businesses.

• Audited the client's prototype, then rebuilt it in Next.js as the sole engineer and delivered the core in 8 weeks.
• Built Gemini-powered features with token quotas, prompt-injection defences and hallucination filters, and integrated vendor APIs behind a circuit breaker.

02/2026 – 03/2026

• Took core API endpoints from 66% success and 45-second responses to 100% success under 500 ms at 100 concurrent users (k6) by removing a serializable lock, merging 3 SQL round trips into one CTE query and tuning the connection pool.
• Built a React 19 experiment platform and an API of 22 Azure Functions on Azure SQL with JWT auth and role-based access, provisioned with Bicep.

2022 – 2025 · Remote / Richmond, VA

• Architected and built a multi-tenant collection management SaaS for museums and nonprofits as the sole developer, from design through deployment and user support.
• Implemented role-based permissions, a custom form builder, full-text search, PDF reports, staging-to-production CI/CD, and a CSV import tool that sped up onboarding.

2026 – Present

• Built a European Portuguese Astro site from a desktop-only design, with a CI accessibility check that fails the build on any WCAG 2.1 AA violation.

I also co-own an independent web design studio, delivering client sites and web apps from discovery and brand system through launch.
