Add complete support for ADRV9022

Add the driver changes required to select the new NLS and non-NLS
devicetrees for the ADRV9022.

Following this PR, I will update the Madura documentation next week,
stating the changes necessary to use the external LO feature.

Code wise it looks good! But please make sure you use the proper style for git logs/history

Add the adi,adrv9022 compatible and the matching SPI device ID so
that ADRV9022 devicetrees bind to the driver. Add the ADRV9022
entry to the AXI converter chip info table, and include the device
ID in the paths already shared with the ADRV9025 and ADRV9029.

Add the ZCU102 devicetree source for the ADRV9022. It reuses the
ADRV9025 devicetree and overrides the compatible string so that the
driver selects the ADRV9022 device ID.

Add the NLS variant of the ZCU102 devicetree for the ADRV9022. It
reuses the ADRV9025 NLS devicetree, which selects the
ActiveUseCase_NLS.profile, and overrides the compatible string.
