chore(publish): gitignore the engine's stage artifacts

publish/.out/ is written during every stage; untracked it trips the engine's
own tree-changed-during-stage refusal.

fix(orca-pty): gate foreground_process_group to Unix

`foreground_process_group` called `MasterPty::process_group_leader`, which
portable-pty defines only under `#[cfg(unix)]`, so the freshly-landed
getForegroundProcess wiring broke the Windows workspace build. Windows
conpty/winpty has no foreground process group (tcgetpgrp), so return `None`
— the daemon's getForegroundProcess already treats that as "no concept".
