Example of how to use async_kernel + libuv (using luv) for async IO.

The goal is mostly to explore an api for embedding libuv into an existing event loop in OCaml, and getting enough[1] windows support for async to make async_kernel a viable candidate as my asynchronous-execution library of choice on all major platforms.
