Ships the hibrit/tools/ folder that doctor tells people to use. The 0.1.0
build did not contain it, so following the advice meant creating a
directory and hoping it was the right one.

Move Dolby Vision and HDR10+ metadata between releases of a film without
re-encoding a frame, and refuse the injection when the metadata does not
fit the video -- which is the normal case, and the thing the underlying
tools do not stop you doing.

Checked against two full films end to end, and against a hybrid remux
made independently by someone else: same SHA-256 for the metadata, same
picture bit for bit.
