• Fixed issue where alert thumbnails were not appearing reliably in the timeline when they should have been shown.

• The update confirmation dialog now has the same 3 checkbox options that Blue Iris's native update installation panel has.
• Beginning after Blue Iris 6.1.0.1, Blue Iris updates installed via UI3 should reopen the local console after the update if it was open at the start of the update.

• UI3 now notices when Blue Iris's uptime moves backwards and uses this to (1) show an info toast briefly, notifying that Blue Iris restarted, or (2) detect when the pending Blue Iris update has finished (only if an update was triggered by the current UI3 instance within the last 15 minutes). This resolves an issue in UI3-335 where the completion of the Blue Iris update was not discovered by UI3 in most cases.

• Moved the update check feature out of the "Server Control" dialog, directly into the main menu as a new menu item "Update Blue Iris".
• Redesigned the "Update Blue Iris" interface to be more modern and mobile-friendly.
• The Camera Properties dialog now shows the content of the notes field (if available) and renders any URLs found in the note as clickable links. (aside from URLs, any HTML markup in the note is not supported and will be rendered as literal text)

• Because Blue Iris does not yet support an updatecheck API, the "Check for Updates" function in the Server Control dialog (accessible to administrator users) now offers to fall back to retrieving update information by proxy from biupdatehelper.hopto.org. This service is operated by the UI3 developer on a best-effort basis and I will try to maintain it until a compatible updatecheck API is added to Blue Iris.
• Now that update checking is functional, a future UI3 update is planned to expose the Check for Updates function directly in the main menu, since it is not very intuitive/discoverable being nested inside Server Control.

• The "Toggle Flag" hotkey behavior is now to toggle flag state on the item(s) selected in the clip/alert list instead of toggling flag state of the clip or alert that is currently open in the video player.
• Confirmation dialogs now support y and n keyboard hotkeys for Yes and No, respectively.

• Added Check for Updates button to UI Settings > Server Control based on a proposed updatecheck API which is not currently implemented in Blue Iris. Includes automatic fallback to a much simpler update checking interface and a link to the API proposal and documentation.
