The error is caused by the different versions of NumPy available in PyPI and the default Conda repository. We introduced the potential for conflict in PRs #357 and #359 to be able to use TensorFlow on our CentOS 6 server for Jenkins (Metacortex). For the moment, I will close this PR and thus keep NumPy pinned <1.16. In the long term, it would be good to remove the workaround by switching the Jenkins server. I opened issue #411 to continue the conversation. |
