feat: doctor detects alias/system command collisions and fixes Shell … …Integration section - Warn when alias name shadows an existing system command (e.g. gs → Ghostscript) - Shell Integration section now always shows a status line for zsh users: "no p10k detected" when p10k is absent, instead of an empty section Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
fix: shell-init outputs to stdout by setting RootCmd.SetOut(os.Stdout) cobra's default output is stderr when SetOut is not explicitly called. Set it to os.Stdout in main() so eval "$(gnb shell-init)" captures the script correctly. cmd.Print is preserved so test helpers using RootCmd.SetOut(buf) continue to work. fix: shell-init writes to stdout instead of stderr cobra's cmd.Print routes to stderr, causing eval "$(gnb shell-init)" to be a no-op — the script was printed to the terminal but never evaluated. Switch to fmt.Fprint(os.Stdout, ...) to fix eval capture. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
fix: config loading ignores aliases when multiple format files coexist Load() and LoadWithMeta() used viper's built-in file search which picks JSON before TOML, silently loading a stale empty config.json instead of the intended config.toml. Switch both to detectGlobalConfig() which enforces toml > yaml > yml > json priority, matching SaveGlobal(). gnb doctor now detects multiple config files and --fix removes the ignored ones. fix: alias tag filtering, export --aliases-only, brew tap path - gnb list --tag now filters aliases correctly (Tags field was missing from Alias struct) - gnb export --aliases-only flag implemented - README brew install path: justn-hyeok/tap → bssm-oss/tap Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
