ServiceNow IAM Lifecycle Workflow Automation

• Built a full IAM access request workflow in ServiceNow Flow Designer covering catalog intake, manager approval routing, fulfillment task creation, and automated notifications
• Configured Service Catalog item with structured variables, UI Policies for dynamic form behavior, Business Rules for data validation, and ACLs to restrict sensitive identity fields
• Cloned and modified the provisioning flow into a separate offboarding variant that bypasses approval and routes immediately to the IAM team for access revocation

ServiceNow + Microsoft Entra ID Integration via Graph API

• Registered a ServiceNow application in Entra ID, configured Microsoft Graph API permissions, and established OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials authentication between ServiceNow and Entra
• Built custom Flow Designer actions using IntegrationHub REST Steps to provision new user accounts and disable offboarded accounts in Entra automatically on workflow execution
• Resolved OAuth token failure caused by scope misconfiguration on the OAuth Entity Profile — documented as a key troubleshooting reference
