Adds a documented Linux build path for Cline Desktop v0.0.32 and an Arch/CachyOS
PKGBUILD.The upstream desktop release has macOS/Windows assets only. This PR documents building from source on Linux with
libayatana-appindicator, and provides a native Arch package.Files

Built the Tauri binary on CachyOS and launched it successfully from a workspace with
Path=/home/dev/cline-workspace.
