feat(settings): add Atlas Cloud LLM preset - #41

改动摘要

• 在现有 OpenAI 兼容云端 LLM 设置中增加 OpenAI、Atlas Cloud 和自定义服务预设
• 选择 Atlas Cloud 时自动填充 https://api.atlascloud.ai/v1 与 deepseek-ai/deepseek-v4-pro，端点和模型仍可编辑
• 加载已保存配置时根据 endpoint 恢复对应预设，继续复用现有保存、连接测试和 /chat/completions 运行路径
• 补充中英文界面文案

验证

• npm ci --ignore-scripts
• npm run typecheck
• 安装 Electron 官方本地构建依赖后执行 npm run build（main、preload、renderer 均通过，renderer 转换 3309 个模块）
• git diff --check
• Atlas Cloud 公共 /v1/models 目录返回 121 个文本模型，确认 deepseek-ai/deepseek-v4-pro 存在
