group.py: Contains code for modeling a people group with the following characteristics
- A name
- A total count of the people group
- A poverty level of the people group
city.py: contains the code for modeling a city made up of multiple neighborhoods. The3se can have different proportions of people groups
visualizer.py: Contains code for visualizing cities
