Restructures the DPR AST tooling (OCR -> section hierarchy, figure captions, table export, structured parameters, cross-references) from loose scripts at the repo root into a proper dpr_pipeline package with package-relative imports, console-script entry points (dpr_process_pdf, dpr_process_batch), and standalone module usage via `python -m dpr_pipeline.<module>`. Also adds a "Run Full AST Pipeline" option to the Streamlit demo app so uploading a PDF there can produce the same ast.json/tables/ parameters/references output as the CLI, instead of only raw per-page predictor JSON.
The "Run Full AST Pipeline" view showed ast.json plus parameters/ references/review_queue, but not the raw pre-hierarchy OCR blocks that process_pdf.py already writes to disk. Add it as its own expander (with a download button) alongside the other artifacts.
