Bump version to 0.4.0 (versionCode 4)

Adds Bike+ support (#30): the app now binds both affernet sensor
interfaces at launch and keeps whichever one the board actually feeds,
so a single APK covers the Gen 2 and the Bike+ without a device
allowlist. minSdk drops to 29 for the Bike+'s Android 10 firmware.

versionCode 3 is already published as v0.3.0, so this takes the next
integer — the self-updater compares only the trailing number in the
release asset's openride-real-<versionCode>.apk filename.
