Background Blur using Adversarial Networks

How to Use;

1. Set the training_param in config.yaml to set all the traning related params of models
2. Also mention the model to be used in config.yaml
3. Download the Dataset from the Goole Drive link given in the data.txt and store it in Deep-Blur directory.
