dlthub-clientto the latest release:Only
dlthub-client0.28.3 → 0.28.4 moves, plus its newregextransitive.dlt1.30.0 anddlthub0.30.0 are already latest and are unchanged, soscaffold-deps-checkstays green without aWORKSPACE_DEPSre-sync. Thedeclared spec (
dlthub-client>=0.27.7,<1) is untouched, this is lock-only.
