a GDI32 graphical malware base with tons of payloads to experiment with

i used to want to pursue making this but ctypes is agonising to work with and i figured that since i haven't touched this in like a month, i might as well put it up here

has an increasing workers system where it will not-so-slowly get worse and worse over time
