Updates the centrally-managed Microsoft Identity Web package versions on the release/10.0 branch to address a vulnerability alert by moving to a patched dependency set.
Changes:
- Bump
Microsoft.Identity.Webpackage version properties from3.15.0to3.15.1. - Keep the related Identity Web components (GraphServiceClient/UI/DownstreamApi) in sync at the same version.
