I considered leaving the code and just not calling it but since the code doesn't even exist in main, I'm just deleting it to simplify things |

It fails when upgrading the exact matching version.
This task and code don't exist in the main branch
Per Nikola, this is not high value as the infra for this doesn't change in servicing
The right way to test this would be to spin the test off into its own container which is not worth doing in servicing.
release/9.0.1xx CI builds are currently broken because of this.
