Resolves #82128
The easiest way to reproduce this is to configure your local Kibana to a remote monitoring cluster (through
monitoring.ui.elasticsearch.*configs) using credentials that do not also exist on your local Elasticsearch cluster.Once that is setup, try and load the Stack Monitoring UI through the left nav.
It should land on the
#/no-accessand show a proper error message (instead of an infinite Loading spinner)
