- setup.py: name='nfm-dnp3' for PyPI; package_dir/packages unchanged (import dnp3py)
- README, CONTEXT, examples, test_connection, .claude: doc updates for nfm-dnp3
- Bump version to 1.0.1

CI, lint, security, PyPI publish, and docs

- Add GitHub Actions: CI (pytest, ruff, bandit), Publish (PyPI trusted publishing)
- Add pyproject.toml: build-system, bandit, ruff, pyright config
- Add ruff/pyright to dev deps; fix bare except in async_example; nosec for master.py
- Remove sys.path hack from examples; add Security section and publish steps to README
- Update docs/CONTEXT.md with tooling and local check; add PyPI url/project_urls in setup.py
