[meta] feat: introduce alumni (inactive) team members - #30261

Problem

There is this false assumption with such a large contributing team that folks believe our development, tracker, bugs and more should be faster than it is.

In actuality some names of previous team members haven't worked on the project in anywhere from 2016 to 2024. We don't have that many active team members anymore and should reflect that for folks to understand why things have slowed down.

Solution

Introduce team alumni - still tracked and visible, but without a photo and beneath the active team. A simple alumni value for the JSON team.json file.

Same idea (randomized).

We can also use this source of truth file to update docs on each release - fastlane/docs#1351
