Confirm NVM is installed

nvm -v

e.g. NVM command to install the latest lts/hydrogen

nvm install lts/hydrogen

or by the version number

nvm install v18.20.4

Set Node Hydrogen as the default Node

nvm use default lts/hydrogen

With Quasar CLI you can directly run Quasar commands in the terminal, run a local http server for testing or do upgrades on your project.

npm i -g @quasar/cli

npm install -g @aws-amplify/cli

Check Amplify CLI version as well confirm it is installed

amplify -v 

1. Download Visual Studio Code for macOS.
2. Open the browser's download list and locate the downloaded app or archive.
3. If archive, extract the archive contents. ...
4. Drag Visual Studio Code.app to the Applications folder, making it available in the macOS Launchpad.
5. Open VS Code from the Applications folder, by double clicking the icon.
6. Add VS Code to your Dock by right-clicking on the icon, located in the Dock, to bring up the context menu and choosing Options, Keep in Dock.
