- Build features that ship. ~10 features designed and delivered end to end at Voggt (live-stream auctions), a document-management module at Linc that removed 10% of internal support requests.
- Fix the expensive things. Payment-flow bugs that had cost several thousand euros, two long-standing bugs accounting for ~10% of support tickets, and a 70%+ reduction in Sentry-reported errors.
- Make systems hold up. Load tests simulating up to 1M concurrent users, a ~10-microservice architecture defined and implemented at Oxeva, E2E suites made 3× faster.
- Grow the team around the code. Mentoring juniors, code review, hiring (technical tests + interviews), guidelines on clean code, 12-factor, CI/CD and error tracking.
