Graphical user interface component of Wave Player app. Part 3 of 3 of the app.

This project provides the GUI for the Wave Player app, and is written in C# using the Windows Presentation Foundation.

Known Issues: Although the GUI suggests two files can be played simultaneously, at this time only the player on the left side is implemented.
