when i connect my arduino with ugs it does not stop rebooting it boots again and again

I just bought a cnc 3018 and downloded grbl 0.8 . I made all setups . x y z setups ok.
but when I open a .nc file cant see on my screen. but cnc engraves file. 
why program cant view the file on my screen? 
help pls. thanks.

I have problem to use the grbl,could you plaese help me

I did connect grbl to arduion uno and shild cnc v3, I Use Universal G-code Sender
The motors do not work and when I click on the axis it writes in the console
(>>> $J=G20G91X0.01F4)

and when I execute $H, the Z motor turns on and off, gives alarm 8 and turns off the jog controller.
I unlock the alarm and the jog controller turns on, but when I switch on one of the motors, it does not turn on, and it writes in the console (>>> $J=G20G91X0.01F4)

Здравствуйте! При компиляции библиотеки возникает ошибка. В чём причина
