A personal Claude Code plugin marketplace for Agent Skills (and, later, plugins / MCP servers).
Skills are bundled into thematic plugins; the repo's .claude-plugin/marketplace.json makes them installable on any machine in two commands.
In Claude Code:
/plugin marketplace add h5kk/claude-skills
/plugin install writing@claude-skills
/reload-pluginsNow the writing plugin's skills are available (e.g. /writing:llm-tldr), and Claude can auto-invoke them when relevant.
Update later with /plugin marketplace update claude-skills.
⚠️ Plugins run with your user privileges. Only add marketplaces and install plugins you trust.

See CLAUDE.md. In short: drop it in a thematic plugin at plugins/<plugin>/skills/<kebab-name>/SKILL.md, add the plugin to marketplace.json if it's new, bump the plugin version, and update the contents table above.
