Rebrand LIFX Panel to Luxel

New app name and id (io.github.hyprlab.Luxel), binary renamed to
luxel, demo env var now LUXEL_DEMO. Config moves to the "luxel"
directory with a fallback that reads the old lifx-panel location, so
existing setups keep their scenes, rooms, and cloud token.
