On that page, find the newest release version. Look for a file with a name like MakuTweakerSetup.exe or something similar. That file is the installer.

1. After downloading the installer file, locate it in your Downloads folder or the location you saved it to.
2. Double-click the file named MakuTweakerSetup.exe (or similar).
3. If Windows asks “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?” click Yes.
4. Follow the installation prompts:
