feat: Add Ruby and PHP support to sandbox #30

Status — partially infrastructurally ready, not implemented. Same situation as #29: the PC-191/192/193 sandbox restructure made the executor language-agnostic in layout detection, but Ruby and PHP aren't in the executor's supported-language gate yet (
sandbox/executor_server.pyis still Python/JS/TS/Go/Rust/C/C++/Bash) and the runtimes aren't installed in the sandbox image.Hi! I recently added Java and Kotlin sandbox (#29) support using this same pattern in
executor_server.py.Happy to pick up Ruby and PHP here — will follow the same structure:
- Language detection + aliases in
executor_server.py - Runtime install in sandbox Dockerfile
- Syntax-check + run flow (no compile step, as noted)
- Containerized smoke test — CI host won't have Ruby/PHP toolchains, so test runs inside sandbox image not on host
- Tests + docs update
Will open a PR once ready. Let me know if this works!

Description
Add Ruby and PHP execution support to the sandbox service. These are common web development languages that would make ATLAS useful for a wider range of projects.
Requirements
sandbox/executor_server.pyContext
Same pattern as existing language support in
sandbox/executor_server.py. Ruby and PHP don't need a separate compilation step — just syntax checking and execution.
