Weekly corpus update. Scanned merlvintan/damn-vulnerable-llm-agent (2 HIGH findings, governance score 27/100). Also creates scan-corpus-failures.json to log szybnev/DVLA skip (no_agent_code, HTTP 400 — repo has no LLM agent code scannable by Inkog; merlvintan was used as the fallback target).
