• SimCRC-R — R tooling for the SimCRC colorectal cancer microsimulation model, including calibrated-parameter processing and transition probability utilities.
• H. pylori force-of-infection — Bayesian modeling work on H. pylori transmission dynamics in the Americas (in submission).
