pncp-licitacoes — a Cloudflare Worker watching Brazil's public procurement portal, filtering legal tenders and emailing a daily digest. Rewritten off n8n into typed code.

face_recognition_system — real-time multi-face recognition from scratch. MTCNN detection, FaceNet embeddings, webcam enrollment. Python, PyTorch.

VisualizadorDadosANS — pipeline over Brazilian health-agency open data: scraping and PDF parsing to PostgreSQL to dashboard. Python, Flask, Vue.

portal-postal-api — tracking API that logs into a carrier portal and returns shipment status by invoice. FastAPI, Selenium.
