docs: credit Gas City as the orchestration harness in AUTHORS

The macOS port was driven through Gas City by Steve Yegge (which
manages Claude agents across multiple rigs). Acknowledging the
harness separately from the author-tool keeps the provenance
record accurate: Claude did the writing, Gas City did the
orchestration, Joseph directed both.
