- Open the extensions page in chrome through the three dots -> More Tools -> Extensions
- Turn on developer mode (in the upper right corner of the page)
- Click "Load unpacked"
- Select the downloaded (unzipped) folder
- Go to Twitter (or if you were already there, reload the page)
