In flat TV layouts episodes are parented directly under the series with a virtual season used only for grouping and those episodes are reached via Series.GetSeasonEpisodes(...), not season.Children. This may be out of scope for this PR though, but it's worth noting that there's still a (pre-exsiting) gap here.
