RFC: update draft-kundrat-incthread with comments from Alexey Melnikov

Alexey informed me that RFC4466 imposes certain requirements on how the returned
data are supposed to look like (notably that they should be enclosed in
parentheses or consist of just a single number). This change makes it happen.
