ZTF Command Dashboard

An interactive, browser-based dashboard for tracking Zero Trust Framework implementation progress across all seven CISA security pillars.

Summary

The dashboard imports a Zero Trust Framework configuration (JSON) and renders a live command interface for managing 714 tasks across Identity, Devices, Data, Network, Infrastructure, Security Ops, and AI Security pillars. Task state (Planned → In Progress → Completed) persists across sessions via browser storage. Progress is reflected in real-time through a global completion bar, per-pillar stats, and exportable configuration output compatible with the original format.

No backend required. Fully client-side.

Use Cases

Enterprise Zero Trust Rollout Tracking A CISO or security architect uses the dashboard to coordinate a multi-quarter ZT implementation. Each pillar is owned by a different team lead; the exported config is shared weekly as a progress snapshot.

SOC Maturity Assessment A security operations team uses the Security Ops pillar to audit which detection and response capabilities are in place, in progress, or still planned — surfacing gaps ahead of an audit or board review.

Compliance Readiness Reviews Prior to a FedRAMP, ISO 27001, or NIS2 audit, a compliance officer filters each pillar to "Not Started" tasks to quickly identify remaining control gaps and assign ownership.

New CISO Onboarding An incoming security leader imports the organization's existing config to get an immediate visual inventory of the current Zero Trust posture — what's done, what's in flight, and where the biggest gaps are.

AI Security Governance A team standing up an AI governance program uses the AI Security pillar to work through LLM risk controls, model inventory, prompt injection protections, and regulatory alignment (EU AI Act, etc.) in a structured, trackable way.

Vendor / Partner Benchmarking A GRC analyst exports the config after completing a third-party security review, using the JSON output as a structured record of assessed controls per pillar for evidence packages.

Features
