Tina is an orchestration framework written with the idea of managing a large pool of diskless virtualization hosts running kvm guests, it is extensible and simple to use through api's, cli or management panel.
Tina is distributed as a native Python software and it offers .deb and .rpm packages for using it with common Linux distributions.
