fix(dashboard): pin curated Lucide imports - #7338

Summary

• pin lucide-react to the exact version used by the curated internal-path barrel
• document the intentional version coupling beside the mappings
• import and validate every curated icon in a smoke test
• retain the existing tree-shaken production bundle instead of routing through the much larger public root chunk

Verification

• corepack pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
• corepack pnpm test (100 files, 1042 tests)
• corepack pnpm lint
• corepack pnpm typecheck
• corepack pnpm build (Lucide chunk 42.58 KB / 14.03 KB gzip)
• git diff --check origin/main...HEAD

Out of scope

• changing the curated icon set or aliases
