This PR is related to the OpenHarmony adaptation work of docx (tracked in #xxx, where xxx is the issue number created above).

The main changes in our adaptation repo (https://gitcode.com/openharmony-sig/ohos_docx) include:

• Dependency adjustments for OpenHarmony's ohpm.
• Runtime compatibility fixes.

This PR doesn't require immediate merging, but serves as a record of the adaptation work to facilitate future communication.
