Functions as follows:
1.Questioners make requests or advices to our websites.
2.Auditors check the requests over and decide whether deliver it to the admin or not.
3.Admin get the requests and offer the solvements back to the questioners
4.If a questioner is not content with the solvements,he can choose to ask again by leaving the message to the admin till he feel satisfied.
