Major design-system and architecture overhaul:

- Design tokens (radius, shadow, transition, focus ring) replace magic numbers
- Dark mode actually works: layered slate palette, black-tinted shadows,
  card borders for elevation, theme-aware utilities throughout
- Build-time Handlebars partials (stat-card, social-card, icon-stat-card)
- Component catalog page at /components-catalog.html
- Auth + error page shells (login/register/forget/404/500 share one shell)
- Selector-based component registry replaces data-page switch
- Vite glob-discovered HTML entries
- data-chart attribute API for declarative Chart.js setup

Bug fixes:
- Sidebar disappearing after mobile/desktop resize
- Brand colors not applied (duplicate Bootstrap CSS import was overriding)
- Self-hosted fonts were Google 404 HTML pages with .woff2 extension
- Three setTimeout race-condition workarounds replaced with await chain
- Logo missing on auth pages, logout confirm() replaced with modal

Removed ~1,800 lines of dead/legacy code:
- navigation.js, search.js, dom.js
- error-handler.js toast/fetch-interception bloat
- BS4 attribute leftovers (data-toggle, ml-*, etc.)
- Themify-icons NPM duplicate, unused Vite aliases, prebuilt Bootstrap CSS
