Fixed puppetlabs-kubernetes modules CI & nightly failures
puppet-modulebuildergem, as newer version of this gem does not includetoolingfolder. We will keep this until we find a solution to either move thetoolingfolder in to some other folder or get rid of it altogether.Checklist
