implement UserNamePrincipal feature to authldap

We will now by default add username as a principal to facilitate
corresponding feature in OpenSSH. Users can opt-out from this by setting
userNamePrincipal to false.

implement signing test worker and ready route

main rationale is that we can monitor if the service is able to sign. For instance with physical HSM module this would detect failure and removal of the module.

exclude build dir

add initial makefile for rpm releases
