Use lock-free lookup for PySet_Contains() #147985

Proposal:
When set.__contains__() got a lock-free lookup path, the PySet_Contains() function didn't get updated to use it. It's a simple change and should be worth doing.
Has this already been discussed elsewhere?
This is a minor feature, which does not need previous discussion elsewhere
