These are the changes to add the Epson ASM style opcodes to the debug build.
In order to build this with no issues, I had to make some updates for modern C typecasting stuff as well. This can also build as 64 bit now, I guess.
I only tested the Windows build (via MSYS2) and I wouldn't want to release that one because it had a lot of excess DLLs that aren't necessary and I don't know how to do the trimmed build atm.
Note that this doesn't include any changes from old names for things, like hardware IO, doesn't adjust the IRQ index -> address thing change, and
doesn't change registers. Some of these should be done in this PR, so it's not ready to merge yet.If people can test building this for other platforms besides Windows that would be nice tho ty.
