  meaning-audit seam, auto compliance guard, oscillation-detection retirement)

Release 1.0.0

Promote the version to 1.0.0 across plugin.json, marketplace.json,
package.json, and SKILL.md frontmatter, aligning with the Codex port v1.0;
add the 1.0.0 changelog entry.

Document the /plugin install route

Advertise the Claude Code plugin install (paperjury@u7079256) in README, README.zh-CN, and AGENT-GUIDE; drop the now-shipped plugin-release TODO and the stale no-plugin-manifest claim.
